This specially formulated spice is sprinkled on fruit juices and soft drinks. To neutralize the acids of fruit juices, i.e., lemon, orange, pineapple, and apple juices, Jaljira is sprinkled on the top. When added to drinks, ice and Mathura's Jaljira makes juices very soothing for summer evenings.
