Foli (Notopterus notopterus ), also known as Asiatic knife fish or bronze featherback fish, is an economically important freshwater fish in South and Southeast Asia, specifically in Bangladesh, India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. The fish is called by different names in these countries.
