Raw sesame Tahini is a paste of grounded raw hulled sesame seeds. The seeds have approximately the following content: 50-60% vegetable fat, 19% protein, 14% soluble carbohydrates, and about 8% fibers. Studies show that the sesame tahini contains more protein than cheese, some meats, and soybeans.
