Lita squashes, originally from India, have that zucchini look but are sweeter in flavor, paler in color, and more bulbous, with dense flesh. Trim them, slice them very thin and sauté them with onions in some butter. Salt, pepper, and a generous dash of curry powder are all you need for seasoning, though some heavy cream adds a smooth note at the end.
