Cinnamon sticks, often called quills, are hollow rolled pieces of tree bark measuring 7 to 10 centimeters in length. The surface of the shaft is red-brown and rough to the touch. Inside, Cinnamon sticks bear a darker, grey-brown hue with a smooth and powdery texture.
