Make sure the fish is nice and dry and sprinkle with salt to draw out all the moisture Cut the potatoes and keep immersed in water Rinse under running water to remove excess starch

Ingredients,

  • 1 LB Fish fillet
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tbs Lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Cup corn flour
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 tbs oil (coating batter)

Steps to make it, 

  • Make sure the fish is nice and dry and sprinkle with salt to draw out all the moisture
  • In bowl, add below ingredients and mix it well
    • fish fillet
    • paprika powder
    • lemon juice
    • Salt as per taste
  • Marinate for 20 minutes
  • In bowl, add below ingredients to crate a  batter
    • All purpose flour
    • Oil 
    • Baking powder
    • Salt as per taste
    • Add cold water if required and mix it well to form a thick batter
  • Let it rest for 10 min
  • Now coat marinated fish fillet with all purpose flour, then dip both sides into the batter 
  • In wok, heat oil and fry fish until golden brown
  • Once the fish is done, serve it with fried potatoes

It's ready to be served!
