Haldiram's Motichoor Ladoo

Motichoor Laddu is a round-shaped sweetmeat made from fine, tiny balls of besan. The chickpea flour globules are fried in ghee or oil and soaked in sugar syrup. The sweet, pearl-like balls are then molded into ladoos.
