Best Chocolate Eclairs

You haven't enjoyed an eclair until you've tried a fresh homemade eclair filled to the brim with chocolate and topped with pudding.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Pack Vanilla Pudding
  • 200 GMs Melted Chocolate
  • 400 ML Cream
  • 2 1/2 Rolls Tea Biscuits
  • 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Sprinkles

Make it:

For Pudding:
  • In a pot, add below items to make the pudding
    • Milk
    • Vanilla pudding ( follow instructions on pudding box)

For Chocolate Mix:

  • Mix well
  • Cream
  • Melted chocolate

Assembly:

  • Layer your cake pan with tea biscuits, added crushed tea biscuits in the gaps
  • Cover the biscuits with even layer of vanilla pudding
  • Add second layer with the chocolate mix
  • Repeat these three steps for an additional layer
  • Pipe whipped cream in rows across the pan
  • With a toothpick, cross the whipped cream pipes to create a design
  • Add sprinkles along the edges
  • Chill for 2 hrs in the fridge

It's ready to be served!
