If you cancel your order or changing a product AFTER it has been shipped, we cannot process any returns/refund. Meat order is non-refundable. Once order is confirmed and meat is processed, the customer is responsible for the charges.

Temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent at all our stores, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a produce has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee on the Product cost before credit is issued.

If part of the order is shipped, and customer request cancellation then they will still be charged 20% cancellation fee on the remaining products ( This doesn't apply to meat products as meat products are non-refundable)
