Hey Foodie Friends! Hope you all had wonderful holidays and Eid. I’m here with Mutton Liver Masala recipe. About this Eid…I so soo love it, there is so much to do from buying of the sacrificial animal to preparing all those festive meat dishes and especially the BBQ with family and friends is ah-mazing!

Ingredients,

  • 2 lbs mutton liver
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt per taste
  • 1 tsp crushed and roasted cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Juice from half a lemon

Steps to make it,

  • Put oil in a pan
  • Place liver in the pan
  • Cook until color changes
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Cook 10 min until water dries
  • Add turmeric
  • Saute 5 min
  • Add black pepper, garam masala, salt, crushed red pepper & cumin seeds
  • Mix all the spices
  • Add yogurt
  • Leave for 15 min on low flame until oil separates
  • Add lemon juice

It's ready to be served!
